My specialism is Vegan & Vegetarian diets. I’ve worked with a number of vegan/vegetarians with different health conditions and needs. I’ve also been vegan myself for the last 10 years and I love cooking! I can help you by bringing both my personal experience, combined with evidence-based bespoke dietetic advice.

My other passion lies in supporting people with gastrointestinal (gut) disorders. I have extensive experience working as a research dietitian at King’s College London where I was involved in research for Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

Conditions that I can support you with:

Consultations

In a consultation I will access the patients medical background, their current activity abilities, their diet and lifestyles. This will enable me to identify your needs and work with you to provide a tailored, personalised service. In order to work towards your goals.

I am currently offering a free 20 minute telephone pre-consultation to establish your health concerns and goals.⠀We will discuss your situation, this will give you an opportunity to find out more about what to expect going forward and how my service might help you!

I only have spaces for 10 clients at any one time.

My Experience

I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and hold full membership with the British Dietetic Association

I have experience working in the NHS as a clinical dietitian at Imperial Trust London, and Manchester Foundation Trust.

Previously, I have worked with public health organisations, in weight loss and nutrition support.

Additionally I worked as a research dietitian at King’s College London, researching IBD. I am published in 3 papers currently.

Supporting Domestic Abuse Charities

HC Dietetics donates 5% of profits to charities that support domestic abuse sufferers.

Right to Equality is a not-for-profit organisation that focuses on highlighting discrimination and inequality under existing laws and changing the law for women and children in the UK.  They educate, speak up and raise awareness for all suffering violence. They work to ensure the safety of women, girls, minorities and LGBTQIA+ individuals can live in a world free from violence. They fight for equality, diversity and justice. Through research, events, training, social media engagement and collaborations they protect the rights of those who suffer discrimination, improve access to justice for disadvantaged, marginalised or vulnerable members of society.
