Struggling with your plant based diet and IBD?
My premium IBD online course is launching Summer 2025.
Clients often report ‘being advised by their IBD team that they need to stop their plant based diet; either to include meat or dairy in diet or reduce fibre intake’. This course explains why this is not the case.
Self-paced, expert-guided, and designed for people with Crohn’s, Ulcerative Colitis, or microscopic colitis.

Vegan & Vegetarian Diets
Plant-Based Nutrition, Backed by Experience
My specialist area is plant-based diets. I’ve supported countless individuals following vegetarian or vegan lifestyles, each with unique health needs and medical conditions. As a vegan myself for over 10 years—and someone who loves to cook—I bring both personal understanding and expert, evidence-based dietetic guidance to help you thrive.
You might be wondering:
- Do I need support transitioning to a plant-based diet?
- Am I getting all the nutrients I need?
- Why am I feeling tired or low in energy since going plant-based?
- How can I eat a healthy, balanced vegan or vegetarian diet?
- Is my health condition making plant-based eating feel complicated?
- What should I even be eating day to day?
If any of these sound familiar, you’re in the right place.

Consultations
In a consultation I will access the patients medical background, their current activity abilities, their diet and lifestyles. This will enable me to identify your needs and work with you to provide a tailored, personalised service. In order to work towards your goals.
I am currently offering a free 20 minute telephone pre-consultation to establish your health concerns and goals.⠀We will discuss your situation, this will give you an opportunity to find out more about what to expect going forward and how my service might help you!
I only have spaces for 10 clients at any one time.
My Experience
I’m a registered Dietitian with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
I’ve worked across several leading NHS trusts, including Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in London, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, and Liverpool University Hospitals (Royal Liverpool Hospital), supporting patients with a range of complex gastrointestinal conditions.
My experience also includes work in public health, focusing on weight management and nutrition support.
I previously worked as a research dietitian at King’s College London, contributing to research on Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and currently remain actively involved in research around Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I’m published in three peer-reviewed papers, and I regularly write professional reviews on gastrointestinal health and plant-based diets for CN Magazine and NHD (Network Health Digest).
