Here we will assess how you have got on with the plan we made in the initial consultation.

We will see if anything has changed clinically, symptoms wise and what has worked for you since out last appointment. We will look into your diet again and see if you need any more support or adjustment.

You’ll be given evidence based advice & personalised support.

This includes one consultation and two follow up reviews over 6-12 weeks
